James T. Cox, DMD, earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from Wofford College and went on to obtain his dental degree, with honors and several awards, from the Medical University of South Carolina. He has since engaged in ongoing continuing education in all areas of general and cosmetic dentistry, with over 15 years of training in sleep apnea appliances. His most recent training in CEREC™ one-visit crowns gives him the ability to provide beautiful, natural-looking crowns all in one day.

Dr. Cox and his wife Kimberly have children in high school. In addition to watching them play high school sports, he also enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, going to the beach, playing golf, and fishing.

Dallas J. Kunkel, DMD, was raised right here in Anderson, SC, and earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry with multiple general and departmental honors from Clemson University. He went on to obtain his doctorate in dental medicine with honors from the Medical University of South Carolina. His training at MUSC led to several awards and cutting-edge experience with CEREC™ and other modern technologies, culminating in presentations at several dental conferences in South Carolina and Tennessee. He engages with ongoing continuing education to ensure the most modern care for his patients.

Dr. Kunkel is excited to be serving the community back in his hometown of Anderson and is an active participant in the community as well as the dental profession. His involvement and memberships include:
